What is the warranty/return policy for phone accessories supported by Kyocera Wireless?

Our Kyocera Genuine Accessories are warranted for use exclusively with Kyocera Wireless Corp. manufactured phones.

Kyocera Wireless Corp. offers a limited 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, for Kyocera Wireless Corp. genuine accessory products, as well as universal non-Kyocera products offered on our online store. Product return needs to be sent via trackable method and any shipping charges are customer's responsibility.

In addition, Kyocera Wireless Corp. offers a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for its genuine Kyocera accessory products. For more information on the terms and conditions of our accessory warranty, please read the full text of the limited warranty enclosed with the product.

We can only accept returned accessory products that were purchased directly from the Accessory Store (via telephone or online web site).

In order to return a product you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To inquire about returning accessories purchased off of our online store, please call 800-349-4188 or 858-882-1410 and speak to a customer service representative.
